A while ago I wrote about my “Journey to Insanity.” I’m sure some of you were wondering\u00a0 what “Insanity” looks like (although you probably think A90X, my previous blog post, was recorded in an asylum ;). It’s actually a workout program (like P90X) that is very tough….but one of my favorites. Just so you can get an “appetizer” of what it’s like I recorded the warm-up.
