About

My name is Em. I have been married for over 15 years to my best friend. I am mother of three girls ages 10, 6 1/2 and 3. My husband has been my personal trainer/motivator in the area of exercise.  I have been running for a little more than 5 years and have loved the benefit of it for me physically. It has been a great way to relieve the stress of daily life. It is also one of the fastest way to burn the calories/fat in a short amount of time. As a mom, my time is limited so I want my exercise to count and go far. That is why I have added circuit/strength training. It has quickly become my new hobby and love. I have learned so much about what it means to really sweat and workout. I want that for you too! I have enjoyed researching circuit training and finding new exercises and doing them at home. There is so much that can be done in your home without needing a gym membership and expensive equipment.

This blog is designed to be a “resource center” that provides what you need to do workouts, exercises and feel great about your fitness plan. I’ll be posting updates on these subjects as well as interesting tidbits about my life so you can get to know me. I am excited to set out on this journey.
