Workout 1

So here it is….this is the first workout created specifically for the HP Ladies Exercise Class. The purpose of the handout is for you to be able do this workout at home. For the best results try to workout at least three times a week. If you need a reminder for how to do individual exercises please check the exercise page for video illustrations. Note that not all exercises are illustrated (still need to do more work on that!). Hope you like it….please leave comments below to let me know how it goes!
