My Workouts
I’ll be posting my workouts on the drop-down menu under “WORKOUTS” at the top of the page. I’ll try to let you know what level or muscle group it is for either by the name of the workout or in the description. I want this to be a convenient way for you to pick a variety of workouts that are just right for you. If you’re not sure how to do an exercise, please check the EXERCISE drop-downs.
