My fitness inspiration — what’s yours?

Being motivated is such an important part of being healthy and fit. Motivation is what makes you really want to do something and sacrifice for it. I want to say today that I am thankful for my husband who is so motivating to me. He is so dedicated to exercise and looking good for me. He gets up to run 3x a week and lift weights 3x a week. He rarely misses a day regardless how late it may have gotten the night before. I am blessed.
