Amish version of P90X

Okay… this video proves that I have fallen off my Amish rocker. I hope you enjoy this. My sister and I have a ton of crazy ideas when we get together. This last idea came from husband who suggested we do a video for my blog that combines Amish and exercising. Hence, A90X was born! Please understand that I love the Amish. Afterall, I used to be Amish. I also love Beachbody. Please watch and pass on to as MANY people as you can so this video can go viral. Who wants to try this workout?
