It’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog….but I’d like to be more regular in sharing healthy advice and giving you insight into my busy life (fun, stress, and all the rest…). If you’re like me you’re always torn between providing quick, handy snacks for kids but keeping them healthy and nutritious. I just ran across this “tweet” (Twitter update) from Jillian Michaels (trainer on “Biggest Loser”) where she recommends the following:
Pop Chips, So Delicious Coconut Yogurt, Bare Fruit Organic Baked Apple Chips, Horizon Organic String Cheese, Kind Fruit Bars (no soy in this)), Vitamin Water Zero (instead of soda’s), Paul Newman’s Alphabet Cookies.
