….and here’s “Workout 2”

I have to say this workout made me sore the next day. I really like the cardio circuit and arm circuit. I hope you’ll enjoy this like I did. If you get a chance to do it, let me know. I put this workout together so wide range levels can be accommodated (click on link below or on the “Workout” tab at the top of the site). Increase reps/seconds or decrease if you need to. I will try to post more exercises on my blog very soon in case you need to see how some of the moves go (see “Exercise” tab at top of site). Have fun sweating!
