So proud of the two ladies, RACHEL & ANGIE, that met the challenge and won the prize for doing at least 6 workouts over the last 2 weeks. Great job!! I want to encourage the rest of you to keep up the good work. Doing your workout at least 3 times per week is key to seeing results. I once heard that if you do a workout one time per week it is better than nothing; twice a week is maintaining your current condition; three times per week is making progress.

Keep up the good work. I can see many of you making progress!!
